The strength of the Mormon position

The LDS Church is so strong not only because is answers life's greatest questions, but because it's people have real and powerfull reasons for believing in the Bible. They are the same reasons that applied in Bible times. The Mormon church is the one church where answers to prayers are the first and last proof. People are not just encouraged to study these things, or to just trust the experts, or to just go along with what everyone else believes. Missionaries teach that the only rout to knowing for yourself is direct revelation from God to each individual. As James 1:5 puts it "if any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not, and it shall be given". God can speak to us in many ways. Many people experiance something like in Luke 24:13-32: "did not our hearts burn within us?" Others have feelings as described elsewhere in scripture. This is direct revelation. This is the way that anyone can know the truth of God's work. This is the Biblical test of truth. This is the Mormons test of truth. IT WORKS!
