Depends on the restaurant, I tend to order from the menu because I stay mostly with salads but don't really care for "salad bars". Seafood buffets at a nice restaurant though are my weakness, the only red meat I have is an ocassional filet mignon at a very nice and old family restaurant where kids are usually not brought. I don't eat out a lot but when I do I much prefer quality over quantity.  |

It depends on the restaraunt, if I eat at a chinese place I like the buffet. But some other places I just prefer the menu. Hansongirl  |
