She's pulled straight A's all year (so has my son *big grin*, been the top reader all year (so has my son *another big grin*), and still found limitless energies to put into practicing. Thats awesome!! My daughter (Cheer Chic/Jessica) tried out last month for high school cheerleader and didn't make it. It is so heartbreaking when your children give it their all and get disappointed. And Jessica was just like your daughter, they were judged by the NCA (National Cheerleading Assoc.), who do the judging on the televised competitions, and she was scared to death. LOL.....  |

Hopefully she'll make it next year. I just hate seeing them try so hard and feel like they've failed, although with the spirit of giving it their all, they really win. :-) |
