Thanks Gail my bud! I really think I'm gonna make it this time......I feel great and so far the cravings have been minimal. I think I was really "mentally" ready this time. I really don't even want one most of the time. I'm not even using any aids.....I tried the gum but it made my stomach hurt waaaay too bad, so I'm on my own now. :0 |

Hi LL! Yep, it feels great! Actually, I had a lot of incentive......I was sent to the cardiologist a few weeks ago, due to an irregular heart rhythm, and found that I have heart valve disease.....I just turned 31 a few months ago, so it was a little shocking to say the least. Anyway, I'm on meds. and the whole quitting smoking thing just seemed like a REALLY good idea all of a sudden. lol. I feel better now than I have for years though! Hugs, |
