err...I think its 15 for permit and 16 for lisense. But I think they passed a new law where you have to maintain a certain Grade point average in school to be able to get your permit or lisense.  |

I don't know. You have to be 15 to do drivers ed in MI. and 18 just to get it without drivers ed. You must also be 16 before you get your license with the course already taken. Good question. Why are you asking? You going on a trip? (None of my business, you don't need to respond. I was just wondering why you would ask about something out of your state) Miss Molly  |

A person at least age 15 and under age 18 may obtain a limited learner's permit if the person has passed a driver education course and a written test administered by DMV.  |
