I used to go to sleep when I was young and felt that there was a spirit around holding the croos I had recieved for confirmation and garlic in my windows really I put cloves of garlic in my windowsills This was when I was between 13-and15 years old Hugs Mrs.Strider.  |

I recently started sleeping with the fan on for the noise. I normally like total silence, but I've been hearing to many "strange" things lately. Still haven't got out of the habit of sleeping with the covers over my neck, I blame it on Steven Kings book, Salems Lot.  |

Its easy I just close my eyes and fall asleep, but my g/f cant sleep unless she has the TV on. I rather sleep in total silence and darkness  |

I just remember that if there really is something there it can't hurt me as long as God is with me. And I know it is weird but I have to have pure silence when I sleep so I can here if something is moving.I also have to have pitch black so if it is there I can't see it. Hope that helps. Love...  |

Usually I can't fall asleep unless it is completely silent and dark in my room so I'just like maybe if i ignor it it will go away, lol, or mayeb it's there for protection. Ya never know sometimes!   |

I know who visits and it doesn't scare me any more, I have had many night visits since my first husband died. I think because his death was untimely and unexpected, even for him. For a time I wondered if he remembered dying.  |
