What movie is this from?

Hi, I'd just like to know if any of you have heard Pink Floyd's version of "Knocking on Heaven's Door," it's off a movie (I'm pretty sure) and is rather disturbing to listen to. If you've seen the movie please tell me what it is, because I'd really like to see it. Thank you.
