please read and reply!! this is weird!

i had an obe the other night... or at least i think i did. this is about the 3rd time this has happened to me. i had sleep paralyis really bad the night before, and i had it the same night i had the obe. all the sudden i was in my boyfriends hallway (i was spending the night at his house.) i mean, i was having an obe in his house so i went into his brothers room, and i remember breathing pretty heavily and i was worried i'd wake him. so i went out the window and i was trying to get to the hospital (where my boyfriend was.) i remember trying to think how to get there, but it wasn't even like i was outside of his house. i was in the woods, and there was a troll or something over to my left. i remember talking to it but don't remember the words we exchanged, but i remember i told him i was trying to find the hospital and he said something back to me, but i can't remember! i finally decided to open my eyes...and my body was paralyzed, but my eyes were open, and i could feel that i was still disconnected. it was so weird. i finally felt normal after a couple minutes. this is the 2nd time i've had an obe and haven't been able to remember it fully. when i was in the house, it felt really real and i was aware as to what was going on, but when i went outside, it felt more like a dream. i read somewhere that if you feel that it's a dream, that it's not an OBE, but that doesn't explain why it felt so real when i was inside. has anyone seen a troll during obe's? does anyone else experience this dreamlike state during obe's? what's going on!?!?!
