WWF is fake. There are signals the wrestlers give to eachtoher and the fights have premeditated winners. Some of those signals have been read wrong and that is the reason for injury and even fatality. The whole rope deal was just a mistake Heart made.  |

I watched it happen. My brother is a HUGE WWF fan. WWF is fae to a point. Owen was gonna do an entrance like Shawn Micheals use to do. I cried when i saw it. It happened 3 days nefore my birthday. He was a great wrestler and a cool person. A real family man. The rope wasn't tight enought. I remember after that on WCW , the wrestler Sting didn't come off the rafters for a while. Its sad. Soo sad.  |

I like the WWF so i will not make a comment on it be fake or not they get payed to do a job just like we do and they do it great WWF and WCW came together the next night after Heart dead that is real right there so i will keep watching it fake or working, acting what everyou want to call it i like it...midnight daddy  |

it is all fake, accidents happen, the owner of wwf said yes the endings are predetermined yet they do get hurt but it is like choreography(sp?) but accidents happen and sadly this is one of them--Stone  |

everyone knows that wrestling is fake. you can even look at the wrestlers and tell that they are not even hitting each other. If they were really getting hit and punched then where's the blood? Where's the bruises? Anyways it was very sad that Owin Heart died. But mistakes happen.  |

First of all, Owen Hart was not a young guy starting out in the WWF, he was in the WWF long ago. By the sounds of this post you don't realy know what you are talking about, did you actually see the show? We saw the fall on the news and there was no blood that we saw. Second, do you really think all the fights and feuds are real? Sure it does get physical and people get hurt, but it is just entertainment. I still think it's fake. Owen Heart died because the rope failed him. It had nothing to do with the actual sport of wresting.  |

I'm with Kesley,wresteling is fake,I even remember seeing a show where some wresteler even admited it was all made up of singals etc.an like everyone said,accidents can happen anywhere just beacuse there are deaths doesn't ake it real,and alo like Kesley saifd most of the time its a mixed up singal or miscommunication.  |

All of the fighting and wrestling in the wwf is made up of hand signals. The reason Owen Heart was killed doesn't have anything to do with the truth of wrestling. It was a mistake caused by a defect in the rope. And don't be so rude to people, like telling us we don't know what we are talking about, after all, we are only voicing our opinions, whether they be truth or not.  |

That was the very first WWF Pay-Per View that I missed. I was at a funeral when it happened. I woke up the next morning to find all kinds of interviews with Vince, clips of the accident, and other things on my home news channel, CNN, and other stations. I could not believe that it happened. Now, no one is allowed to even attempt that stunt, and personally, I would refuse to do it, if my boss tried to make me. ~*~Mica~*~  |

and WWF is on at 9:00 on mondays on tnn. did you guys know that Sable sued WWF because Vince McMahon fired her for no reason at all. Make that owin heart died in 1999. The wrestling techniques are staged but the injuries that they suffer like blood and stuff are real. because accident happen, so some stuff is fake and some is real. |
