It's a waste of money, you can't eat anything for 2 days. You lose 10-15 pounds of water weight and if you don't keep exercising and drinking water after you do the diet you will gain it all back. It's not worth the money unless you're using it prior to starting another diet like slimfast or something. |

Hello CC. When I want to lose weight, I cut way back on Carbohydrates and sugar. Eat fruit in AM's and meat and veggies during the day. This works fine with regular exercise.Good luck to you Camaro chic. Write on.... |

OK, I bought that crap lol. It just takes away pounds of weight because you eat NOTHING EXCEPT ICKY ORANGE CRAP! lol It's gross, you starve, lose weight you gain back the second you begin to eat again, even if it's healthy.. don't waste your time! *MR* |

Yeah, seriously, if you don't eat for a period of time, eventually you HAVE to eat and when you do, your body stores like twice as much fat because it thinks you are going to deprive it of food again, and it will keep storing that fat back in your body, so just eat food that actually comes form the earth, I went on an all veggies and some fruits diet and very few meats, and it worked for me, now I usually eat whatever I want and I never gain a pound..weird..LoL, hope you find a right diet though! |
