Not an ESP expert, I may know a lot but not everything. With your question you need to keep in mind other factors. Were there any fish in the water, was there disturbance in the water how close were you to the fish/tank, etc...You know fish don’t stand still all the time, they will always eventually move. Animals themselves are sensitive to all type of energies ranging from the invisible light spectrum and auras. Its possible. Old people with pets feel much better and relaxed. I read that studies shown that old people with animal pets showed less stress and improvement in health. Animals have certain harmonious energy in their aura, they cleanse ours improving our health and such.  |

Actually there is an ability to affect fish like this, it even has it's own name. It's Fish Telepathy or something like that. IT's all part of Anpsi which is psychic abilities dealing with animals.  |
