hmm, Well i think most drugs are illegal for a reason. I do feel weed should probaly be legalized. I have nothing against weed.umm, I just think that drugs really could screw you up for the rest of your life, n its not a good thing to be doing.  |

What's the point of doing drugs? They don't do anything positive but eat up your money and make you spend time doing unconstructive things with your lifes. You wanna high go out and do something productive that makes you feel good about yourself. If you feel you need drugs to get through your day then you need to get some help. That's just my opinion.  |

Interestin' Toodles. I agree, most drugs will have a harmful effect on a person, whether immediate or long-term, but I think-and it's sooooo hard to maintain this viewpoint-that it's your body and so long as it doesn't affect anyone else in any way or on any level, g'head and do it if you feel you really want to...but they aren't the only things that eat up your money and are unproductive. Video games(don't even start with the hand/eye co-ordination stuff...lol), movies, board games, music-in most cases, etc. also could be deemed expensive and unproductive. I won't say books because it has been shown that those people that read a lot tend to have better grammar and vocabulary as compared to those that don't read much at all. Gally, but drugs can make people have irratic behaviors, do things they normally wouldn't do which can even go as far as suicide. I don't think movies, videogames and the such can do that. Drugs are ususally an escape from problems and just trying them out can and most often leads to more usuage and other problems including dependency. Yes, it is their body but when people start stealing to get money to support their habit or end up pregnant and strung out on drugs, or wanting to kill themselves then it starts affecting other people. |

I find it interesting when people say that something like drugs are their business, because it is thier body. Did anyone ever stop to think that there are people in this planet who love and care for you? Noone is an island who exsits by themselves. Like a ripple effect, it impacts others, whether it is because you are killing your brain cells or you face the possibility of jail time if you get caught.  |

I don't agree w/ drugs but I don't judge people that do, due to personal mistakes w/ them, but some drugs, such as weed helps the pain w/ cancer patients, HIV positive patients and others I'm sure. I think if there used for medical purposes only to ease the pain for those suffering I think weed should be legal. But only available to those using it medicaly. But that's just my opinion. *just a dream* : ) |

I don't think there's anything wrong with weed but the harder drugs can really screw you up. When my mom first found out that i was smokin weed she told me she didn't really think it was too bad but if she heard of me doin anything else she would kick me out. I don't believe what they say about it being a gateway drug. I smoked weed and I never had the desire to try another drug. It all depends on how strong your mind is. Take care... 'Razzles'  |

i am against all drugs,except pot.but to each his or her own and as long as you arent hurting anyone or driving on it ,i thinks ok.keep it away from school be mature there is a place and a time for things a person does in his or her everyday life.but a persons private life should be just that PRIVATE.(as long as you arent hurting anyone).you only live one time and once only,then your gone,just be mature with whatever you do.(PEACE)life is to beautiful to waste on things that will kill you,like my 30 year old sister who died of drug abuse....pills.e.t.c...she isnt comming back home ever again because of stupid old drugs. |
