Depends how drastic the change is. I wouldn’t lie at all - I will say its looks good and just give some advice as to how to improve the look. You can say I keep my mouth shut to a degree, I will be honest but it again, depends on how drastic the change is and the person. Some people want to hear the truth but just say they want to hear and get upset when they hear the truth, no matter how much you sugar coat it.  |

If I didn't like it but they didn't ask my opinion I'd keep quite. If they did ask, I would find a way to tell them I didn't like it...in a diplomatic way. |

LOL this chick I work with got all her hair chopped off two weeks ago... I still haven't said a word to her about it... It looked better the other way. if she ever mentions her hair I will tell her it looks better longer, but I'm not gonna bring it up...  |
