Dessie.. Some people can just be crazy drivers. I like the new law that they have two months before you can have new people in the car, for new drivers of course! And I hope they make the law so it is illegal for you to drive and talk on the phone. I think they will/have a big effect on others! *Hugs* Love, |

You have every right to be mad. Its not fair that our lives can be at risk because of someone elses irresponsibility and stupidity. Driving can be very dangerous even for the best driver in the world. Well I guess this was a good spot to blow off some steam, you know that someone will always listen. Fire Cracker |

I was almost hit head on last night by a person who was passing on a narrow bridge coming toward me. I thanked God for protecting me and decided it wasn't my time yet. Prior to that going the other way I had someone on my tail.... headlights blinding me in my mirrors and riding my bumper for the next 15 miles... making me go 65 in a 55 mile zone. I was upset he or she finally passed and was speeding way to fast. I can't stand it when someone has to speed soo fast and push everyone on the road... passing in and out of lanes to get to who knows where? I think isn't it better to get there safe... than to cause everyone and their selves danger... and risk getting killed... and then they don't get there at all... so what's the rush. Angelfollower |

Sorry, Im number 3. I drive so slow because I have to. Im a horrible driver so I like to drive real slow and pay close attention...BUT, I do let people pass me, as long as they dont tailgate me, then I drive real slow. |

Cards, I know what you mean. I have seen a change in drivers in the last 10 years, or it may be that I am getting older and just now notice. |

Yes those three things bother me too. I am a defensive driver and don't trust anyone else on the road. I follow the speed limit and don't go under or over unless it can't be helped because of traffic flow. I am 48 years old and have never had a ticket...and have never been in an accident....knock on wood.... yey. I have avoided alot of accidents from careless reckless drivers though. I have seen people putting on makeup while driving looking in their mirror instead of keeping their eyes on the road.....reading and eating same concept you wrote about where's the hands at???? Having conversations with people in the back seat with their head turned back there instead of on the road in front of them. I don't care what anyone says I have always kept a car distance between the car in front and it would be nice if the car in back of me would do the same. But no people have to be rude and ride on your bumper and practically push you off the road. I am going the speed limit not slower. That is what the speed sign's for. They teach you that in drivers ed and they also taught us about the car length distance between you and the other car. It's a good rule and has saved me many a time. Angelfollower |

So you can see why I would be bothered that someone is pushing me 10 to 20 miles over the speed limit instead of getting off my ass and going around. Angelfollower |
