This is going to sound awful but believe me it really works. Get some warm water in a cup and put some salt in it. NOT lots of salt, just a little. Stir it up really good and then sniff it up your nose. Yes, it will burn just a little, but it clears all that stuff out of your nose and sinsus. Also rub with your hands really hard around the cheek area and the forhead and the side of the nose after you do this as it releases it and the salt water can get in better. Do this about three times and you will feel like a new person. I have sinsus problems and dont like doing the meds thing either.  |

Sucking things up your nose sounds kinda nasty FB... You could try inhaling the salt bath by getting a towl and putting your head under it with the steaming salty water - this is pretty good too I understand  |

It may sound nasty, but what FIrstborn said is true. I've had sinus problems my entire life, and the saltwater thing is basicly just getting a lot of saline up there, and getting rid of the infectious gunk. SOunds nasty, but it works.  |

Firstborn and Lady Phoenix are right! This is what the specialist told me to do for my son. You'd be surprised how much gunk is up there in a nose! We used a baby syring to get it up there tho. Best of luck!  |

Sweetie, I have to use saline water in my trach to cut the mucous. Do what feels comfortable. Inhale the vapors if that feels best to you. |

Try gel caps from over the counter. You can poke a hole and squeeze the med. out into a small amout of liquid. Then drink. Hope you feel better for your party. |
