Baby, that is wonderfully fragmented in its depth. The images in your mind are so vivid and exciting. You are my favorite poet of all time I love you baby, Patrick |

"They" told me that it was the deepest river in the world..I don't know about that..But it was..deep. Standing on the railroad bridge and watching tall sycamores going end over end in the current. Charms on a bracelet...Yes..So many flashing through my head. I have an Aunt Bel, you know. Never wed. Still alive and talking at 95. good as gold. I still have the silver that she gave as a wedding present. She took mother in when times were hard..so long ago. I saw her wrist and the charms...Bolt upright last night at 0200. Thought that one landed in the back yard....Anabel. Your words just set me off. When nothing comes, I'll shut the mind and open the heart. Thank you, my friend...Write on.... |

Kronk, I grew up on a lake..actually, the same one that Minnow did...one summer day I was sitting on the dock with my feet in the water...just passing time...trying to get away from the parents, like most 15 year old girls want to....I use to always wear ankle bracelets...and the shining of it must have attracted the "freshwater shark"...one of the few toothy menacing muskies that inhabited are small lake....it was scarred and old looking and scared the life out of me and I could only sit motionless while it circled aound and glided right underneath my feet....I could feel it's fin's touch the bottom of my feet...I was lucky I didn't lose a few toes...I had a great charm bracelet that my mom gave me...the one I remember most was 2 hearts with an arrow through them...connected by hat arrow...thank you for your comments...I look forward to them always~ |
