Well First, I would say that you would have to have a lot of patience  I know I do.. lol.. I spend about 8-10 hours on a single taggy now..  nd then you have to message the admins/ or message ginger to get the URL's to learn how to make them. Ginger will ask for a practice taggy.. But I dont know if they are going to be adding new taggy makers yet, but its possible. Just practice at it and keep up the talent that you have..
