Why should I be proud to be American?~GL~

A 911 call was placed upon America,
But did anyone really listen
I can't see that anyone did
There's still people being killed
And now mostly because of who they are

I don't see us coming together
Like it said on the television
And if so why only now do
We deiced to Unite and become one
Isn't that why we first came to the United States

I remember learning in school
That we are the United States
Becuase we are supossed to unite as one
And help each other out,
But I see more violence towards each other

Then love and care
So why are we so proud to be American
When we have thrown away what
Was to be made of the United States
And made it into a place packed full of sin

I think everyone should open
Their eyes and think about it
What was the 911 call supossed to mean
Why did it even happen to begin with
And what should we do about it to make it better?
