If your like on a diet where your starving yourself of course your stomach will probably hurt, right? Also I've heard that the sweetener they use in diet sodas can make some people have a stomach ache so if your drinking alot of that it could be the problem. But I am not sure that's just what I have heard. ![]() |

well I am NOT starving myself. Well, with the exception of the last week because every time I ate some I would feel sick..but thats different. It could be what you said about the diet drinks though... ![]() |

Hmmmm mine does hurt pretty badly when i go so far between meals.But i am pretty sure i have an ulcer maybe you do also.Try eating a few crackers in between it all. ![]() |

Dearest, I went on a diet and felt the same. You're instinct was right abdomen will shrink ,if it is not provided the same amount you ussually intake it senses change and our body reacts. Our abdomen walls carries fat just as it detected the change it will consumed what is available to balance.It will decreases weight that carries which causes shrinking. You need to drink a lot of liquid and managed you're protein intake. You need to balance you're food intake,so you wont feel weak and pains causes you're diet. If ,starving,you will not win in a process you have to eat few bites in beetween meals and void sugar,caffeine and large amounts of meals. We,I meant all of us in general need a little bit of everything.We,need some protein or fat to have some energy.Fiber,dairy and cheeze products increases are stamina.When,we supply are body with a balanced diet you will overcome pains and hunger.You need to avoid eating more than you can handle.When you're body says I had enough I will be OK now then stop right there. It takes a lot of discipline and persistence,but eventually you will adapt to its normal corse. Avoid eating late,this causes are body not to burn sugar it will causes our body to relax and increase stimulous to our system which enable us to go back to our usual bad habits. I believe you will be fine,just remember,you did not gain weight overnight it takes time and eating just the right amount what you're body needs. Checked through online tips on diet it will give you guidance.Just go to health and diet sites and there will be choices and ways for you to choose from.God bless and good luck to you. ![]() |
