You and I just standing around
I know you're leaving
But my mind tries to decieve me
Your hand rests on my face
I wish I'd never come to this place

You swear it by the shining moon
But I need you, can't you see
I need you here to hold me
I need you to keep me sane
But you say that you can't play this game
Your lips softly brush against mine
Suddenly my thoughts are frozen in time
"Come back to me" I whisper softly
Before I know it, you're parting with me
I see the plane take flight
And I drive home, in the cold and dark night
