Is this someone you knew? If so, my comment would be that the only perspective you can talk about is the one you know best, your own. Maybe you should try talking about your experiences with them. If not, I guess talk about their accomplishments and how they affected others. Actually, you really could talk about that either way if you wanted to. Hope it helps! |

When my Momma and brothers passed, the funeral director did the obit. We added some things and a picture but he did the wording and all. Sorry about your loss. |

Well actually the person isn't gone yet but I was asked to do it because they think it will need to be done soon. |

But they asked me to do it because they don't wanna make everyone stress out after they are gone. They think it's easier to do now because they can help. You know, not leaving family with alot to do. |

When my father died, the funeral home used this form to fill out and used that info to publish his obituary. Maybe you could get one from a local funeral home and use it as guidance in writing the obit. Or, just look at the obit section of the newspaper. That can give you an idea of what and what not to put in. Perrianne |
