That's an interesting point. That word kind of scares me a little, more so because of the way they are using it to justify their attacks. I seriously doubt that the creators of the term planned for it to be used this way. But I suppose it all depends on how people interpret it. |

You're right they didn't intend on the term Jihad meaning Armageddon. It would be awful if it took on that meaning.  |

We have learned about jihad in relion classes. And then we learned that jihad is an arabic word and means struggle. It's when you working/fighting for a case. Jihad is positive when you're working for a good case, but negative when you're working for a negative case.  |

I don't think there were any nuclear weapons when the word jihad was coined.
I now wonder if the man who coined the phrase "coined the phrase" ever got credit for it  |
