Graveyard for Broken Hearts *Crysa Rae*

I used to walk by,
this open graveyard,
pittying those,
who fell too hard.

I kept my heart,
in my chest,
never letting my,
defenses rest.

But then one day,
i bumped into you,
my heart fell at your feet,
that wasnt something new

It had fallen some before,
you picked it up before i could
cleaned it off, and i let you,
now you have it for good.

You kept it close,
warm, and snug,
that is, until,
the hole was dug.

Then you kissed it
one last time
and said goodbye,
faintly as chimes

You dropped it down
into the ground,
covered it up,
so it couldnt be found.

Being buried alive,
in the Graveyard,
for broken hearts,
It struggles to survive.

Its running out of strenth,
oxygen is low,
hope is stretching thin,
this is the pain i know.
