Y'all this is the cutest most excellent movie. It's safe for kids to see and there isn't a single tortuous moment for an adult to sit through. It's cute, funny, and non stop fun. It also teaches the message that we must stick together, it's "all part of being in a herd." you should stand up for each other and defend each other.
I give it a A++ (I'd give it and A+++++++ but that went to Lord of the Rings of course).
This is an intense movie full of non-stop suspense and light humor. It's rated PG because it is a story of survival of the fitest. GO SLOTHS!!!
essentially it's about a mammoth, a sloth, and a baby, and a saber toothed tiger. It occurs during the "Ice Age." The Sloth discovers the baby being held by it's dying mother in a river, rescues it, and decides that they must return it to it's parents. The Sabor tooth (played by Dennis Leary) want's the baby for his herds leader, but the Mammoth (played by Everybody Loves Rammond) prevents this and acts as a body guard for it and the bumbling sloth.
This is a wonderful wholesome movie! go see it
