The Prosecution says the video will show her guilt while the defence maintains that it will show her innocence. *Beetlejuice* Videos in a courtroom, geez you would figure that people would learn how unreliable this are by now. I mean you can see LA Cops beating on Rodney King and yet the jury finds them innocent so what makes them thing that "video" will make a difference here. .*Beetlejuice*
~~~~~~~The news story also said the following "The actress faces up to three years and eight months if convicted"....To which I say yeah right. Since when does a "Star" ever get to spend time in jail on there first offence, come one, What the paper should have said was the following: "The actess faces a slap on the wrist if convicted"
