People make shield to block out energies or other related work. Strong empaths need to create shield or else suffer depression and feelings from other people they come in contact with through the day. How would you know if you made a shield if you didn’t put any intent into it? What were you shielding yourself from? You basing your assumption of a shield on the fact that your heartbeat was racing and you getting light headed. Meditation and focus can attribute to this.  |

hmm, dunno, if you felt like you were inside something, then possibly. I have made a shild b4 that made ppl want to go away from me, i gave it that purpose, i was surprized that it actually worked for the most part, but when you drop your shield, then the effect should wear off. i think it didnt have to do as much with shields, as it did with mindful intent, you kindof broadcasted that you didnt want people near you, so they went away. mostly sheilds are for deflecting thoughts of others that are negative, or deflecting energy blasts(i am not at the level to shoot psi balls at ppl and hurt them). i have empathy, yes, i have considered suicide before, peoples emotions affect mine, i used to get depressed easily(i now have developed shields automatically), and i show all symtoms of a strong empathy person(lol, thats not a good term) just as Boom Boom said.  |

But the stongest shield ever created exists in that of "The armor of God" Wear it with pride because it is impenetrable. There is a proper way to do it though. E-mail me and I will share more. |
