I having troubles sleeping <<BlingBling>>

Hey could anyone tell me what helps you sleep? I don't want to take pills or anything but I been having troubles sleeping for while. I went to doctor and she said it probably adjusting from summer to school, but it been a while so any comments will help thanks.

Date: 3/11/2002 6:05:00 PM  From Authorid: 17884    I too have had problems falling asleep. You see everybody has a biological clock inside them self. Sometimes like during the summer we stay up later more and more often. What you need to do is fool this clock into reseting its self to an earlier sleep time. To do this go to bed when its your time and sleep maybee a few hours, then get up and force yourself to stay up all day until the next night. You should be able to get it all back on an earlier sleep time when you go to bed you should fall to sleep. Also keep active so you are tired when you go to bed. A warm glass of milk is also recommended. I hope some of this helps for it did for me. Good luck and God Bless Sincerely Yours Love Doc

WELL LAST SUMMER BEFORE I WENT ON VACATION WELL I COULDN'T SLEEP AND EVEN BEFORE I KNEW WE WHERE GOING ON VACATION I HAD TROUBLE SLEEPING. THIS HAPPENED ALSO DURING THE SCHOOL YEAR. IT DOESN'T HAPPEN ALL THE TIME TO ME THOUGH. OK SO WHEN WE GOET TO THE HOTEL I DIDN'T FEEL LIKE SLEEPING BUT ONCE I FLOPPED ONTO THE BED I FELL ASLEEP. EVERY DAY AND ON I WAS SLEEPING BETTER. I'M NOT SAYING THAT YOU HAVE TO GO IN A VACATION BUT MAYBE ONE DAY YOU SHOULD GO TO A THEME PARK OR GO TO SOME RESORT FOR A DAY AND SLEEP IN A HOTEL. I HOPE mY WAY OF GETTING TO SLEEP HELPS!!!!!!!!!!
