You know. I never expected much from this site. My sister convinced me to join and to post some of my work back in 2000, and I finally caved, and submitted some stuff. Got nice positive responses, so I stayed here at USM. Then one afternoon, while on USM just going through the new posts after refreshing the main page, that flashing "you've got messages" popped up. I checked. And there was a message from someone going by the alias 'DarkSadness'. She said that she'd read some of my stuff, and it seemed good, and noticed that I was writing my own manga.
I told her that yeah, I was, and she told me she was too! I thought, 'cool! My first real friend at USM!'. But I never expected what followed. We got closer as time progressed, and eventually our relationship 'started'. I am so glad my sister made me join! lol. I never came onto USM, nor began talking to her expecting nor wanting an 'Online Relationship'. But that's what happened. And I don't regret it.
So thanks to my sister EclipseS, and to USM for causing our paths to cross!
Serena, I want you to know that I love you very much. And thankyou for loving me this past year.
