Date: 2/19/2002 1:07:00 PM From Authorid: 3538 One time I was on a fruit diet,for 2 whole weeks,I ate nothing,but fruit each day,I cut up different fruits and put it in a cup and ate it for lunch and dinner and for breakfast I had a hardboiled egg or a bananna.I the two weeks,I lost 8-10 pounds,of course when I got off of the diet and ate regular foods,I gained it all back.Figures!Good luck on your diet! |
