Missing Nephew found

I am one of the happiest people on earth right now. 10 years ago I lost contact with my nephew, but he has now been located. The story goes like this, my sister was addicted to drugs when my nephew was born so she had no desire to take care of him, so I did until he was about 8 months old. The county came and took him away because I was so young. I was around 12 or 13. My nephews father was in jail and my sister was no kind of mother. My nephew went into foster care, My mother and I had full visitation rights. I visited him at least 4 times a week it was great he was being taken care of and I got to be a kid again. Then my brother in laws brother decided to adopt Michael. I thought this was a great idea it got Mike out of foster care yet kept him in the family. It was an open adoption with visitation to the maternal family excluding his birth mother. We kept things going as normal. We had him on some holidays, we talked by phone all the time and we had regular visits. Then one day it all stopped we did not hear from his family they had moved away and left us with nothing. We have not seen Mike in many years Even after searching high and low. I called every where I knew to call, posted on every web site I could including here, with no luck. I have always dreamed of how he is now. Well I can quit dreaming because all this time I have been looking for my nephew he has been looking for me. He found a story I wrote about him and got my email from it. He does not remember what site it was he just found it and wrote down my email. we now write back and forth and I will be seeing him soon. I found out his life has not been all that great he is in juvenile hall right now and will be getting permission for a visit from me.I am so happy as is he. He need not worry any more he has his auntie back. ...
