the 12th anniversary of DAWN TULOWITZKY 's Murder...................Alex for justice;

I am indeed jittery, to say the least, to even attempt writing a post on a subject that gets people murdered in cold blood/ or set up so good that it results in a life sentence/ and serious bodily injury. She come up missing in June of the year l989. Her name, Dawn, and her party girl image all seem to fit with each other. She was well liked and very well known, so was her boyfriend-Jeff Mitchell, except the well liked part. He was a bully, and a fool. He also liked to hurt women physically. On this particularily hot day in her downtown apartment, no air conditioning, just flaring tempers as Dawn, Jeff Mitchell, Jamie Doyle, and Lincoln Anderson sat around partying. The fued between Dawn and Jeff escalated into a thick, glass, ashtray to the middle of the forehead-next thing they know/ Dawn Tulowitzky was dead of blunt force trauma. Two days later Lincoln Anderson's ford van was seen circling the block of Dawns apartment. After she had been missing for more than 3 1/2 weeks, they discovered her decomposing body lying in a field, under a pile of trash. The inept Police department in this town looked every direction but the right one. People who had something to say didn't get subpoenoed, and because they didn't investigate the murder properly- noone was ever charged with the death of Dawn Tulowitzky. This case has a list of people who have either died, or been permantly mamed by fire. In the pile of this mystery is an innocent woman-gunned down just because she was laying next to the wrong person, and there's an innocent man doing life without parole, Jamie Johnson. Johnson has been described as an excellent father providing his ex-wife and 2 children with a mobile home next door to his parents, gave Andrea (his ex-wife) a car to drive. Jamie Johnson wasn't real fond of Lincoln Anderson. Stories say Andrea was into white witchcraft and her and Lincoln were both bi-sexual free spirits. But Jamie Johnson wasn't a 14 rounds from an assault rifle type to shoot in the vacinity of his children. Plus add to that the fact Jamie Johnson was on an anti-depressant, a few anti-depressants, plus whiskey. So with Jamie Johnson's assault rifle, a phone call to Andrea's trailer, plus a pair of Jamie Johnson's boots and shoot 14 rounds through Lincoln Anderson's body, through Andrea Rothell. Perfect frame up. Mark Tulowitzky left town before the bodies had even been discovered. His car was id'd at the crime scene, leaving the crime scene, and motive- Murder and frame-up of two people he felt could have helped his sister DAWN when she went to her knees after being hit full force with a glass ashtray. Jeff Mitchell hasn't had his day of retribution yet, mainly because he's always in a different jail than Mark Tulowitzky. Their paths will cross and this true crime drama will have played itself out. It's been on unsolved mysteries (television show) and Americas Most Wanted. And to top it off is the fact that after botching the original murder itself but they have also put an innocent man in prison, leaving 2 children without a mommy or daddy. In the end Mark Tulowitzky has left a trail of blood behind, if that is ever proven, and Mark Tulowitzky has literally gotten away with murder.

The winesses in this crime, who were at the bar where MARK TULOWITZKY spouted off with 'I'm gonna kill me an Anderson tonight (referring to Lincoln Anderson), Witnesses that claim JAMIE JOHNSON was not only capable as a human being to avoid that kind of violence around his children, but would have not accepted violence of any kind around the children. Not any of these people were supoenoed to give their accounts. The neighbor witness that watched Mark Tulowitzky's 1970 black Riviera with shiny rims.
