Okay I have tried and tried to have an obe for the longest time. Last night however was different, I tried a completely different technique and well I think I got close. It was really strange, for one my entire body seemed to be buzzing (if that makes any sense!), it was kind of like static electricity everywhere! It was very noisy too, almost like a train was going through my mind or a wind tunnel maybe.... very hard to describe sorry!
Anyhow, I have never gotten quite this far before. Wouldn't you know it my cat decided to jump up on me to say hello. Scaring the living crud out me!! Of coarse I snapped out of it!
