I take an eyeliner pencil, and just pull down on my cheek, and lining the eye. but it doesn't work with a cold eyelining pencil, you have to get it kinda warm... My sister uses that Liquid Eye liner.... dont even try it, you will look like you have a black eye or something... its not fun. liquid liner sucks.  |

I use a pencil and what I do it close my eye, pull down gently on my top lashes and starting from the inside to the out draw a line close to my lashline. As for the bottom I just swipe it on! =^_^= |

First off relax when your trying to put the liner on. Then gently pull the bottom half of your eye lid down, and start to color the line of your lid. It works and if your quick about it you won't hurt ur self.  |

Well. the liquid stuff is great if your good at applying it! If you are really shaky, for starters sit at a vanity and rest your elbow on the surface, it might help stop your arm from skaing too much. I really dont like the pencils too much, but they are easier to clean off if you mess up. Another tip would be to start off my applying a lot and wiping off the excess with a q-tip that is covered with makeup remover...you can remove till the line is thin enough that it looks natural.....i think thats all now! Well, I can never put it on my top lid, but for the bottom lid, look way up sort of into the back of your head, (so that you don't poke out your eye) and open your eye really wide, then take the tip and draw along the edge. Then take your midde or ring finger and push it up closer to the eye. Don't press to hard though, or else you'll get a red blotch under your eye. Good Luck. Erin-  |

I'm not sure if I would use grey with gold.. Maybe black or use a color like Blue.. Hint, blue eyeliner also helps to make your eyes look better if you are tired, etc.. Also think about the masacra? if you are going to use black for that then stick to blak for the liner.. Just keep it thin.. Hope this helps.. And BlackKnight !! Get out of the girls room !!! i know EXACTLY how you feel! i dont really know wat the correct way is to apply eyeliner so i try really carefully not to make myself look like a racoon. i usually apply it on the lower rim of my eye. i think thats wat it is i might be wrong but i dunno... i heard its kinda unhealthy but i feel like if i dont wear eyeliner, i look really stupid, even if i do already but i just feel that if i dont wear eyeliner i look like crap for some reason lol im weird i know *!%*~>lonely gurl<~*%!*  |

don't apply it all the way around. Start from the outside corner of your eye and go until you reach just above and below the pupil. If it's too dark, use a makeup sponge to lighten and blend it.  |

Don't use liquid, first of all, it is soooo hard to do, even for pros. Use a eyeliner pencil to start off with. Rest your elbow on a table or steady surface, and go slowly, aiming right at your eyelashes. It takes practice  |

Well, for me and my friends, if you don't apply eyeliner then your eyes tend to look bigger. Which we like but here is your answer: Apply it in the lid from the middle of you eye on the top out to the side and no farther than where the side of your eye stops and do the same under but under the bottom close to your eyelashes from the middle to the side. I like to use sometimes on the bottom my eyeshadow so that it looks cooler. Dark colors you're wearing + Dark colored eyeliner and Light Colors= Light colors Hope it helps, Sweet September  |

hehe! well i actually think eyeliner just makes your eyes more small, wouldn't you rather natural beauty? just with practice it'll come but you can also go to cosmetic counters and ask them that question and they'll be glad to answer you.  |
