lol..this is really gross and make sure you dont have any cavities or anything...i have done this a few times..I put bleach on a toothbrush and bleach them...tastes really bad but does work..lol...lots of love  |

The active ingredient in most tooth whitening agents is hydrogen peroxide. Brush your teeth with hydrogen peroxide once or twice a day and your teeth will get whiter slowly but surely. (just make sure you don't swallow it!) The whitening stuff that you get from dentists is higher doses of hydrogen peroxide. Over-the-counter stuff is lower doses of it, but it still works.  |

You can get bottles of hydrogen peroxide in the health supplies section of any wal-mart, drug or department store. It's usually less than a buck for a decent sized bottle! |

Baking soda and Proxide......that is what I use...Just mix the two together to make a paste...and put it on your toothbrush.....But don't forget to insert toothbrush into mouth...heehee!!! Luv Ya!!!  |

DO NOT use hydrogen peroxide on your teeth more than once a month. My aunt is a dental hygentist, and the older people that come into her office that used hydrogen peroxide on their teeth to make them appear whiter have microscopic soft hair growing on their tongues. NO LIE!@  |
