lol its like you've some some real life friends who are like a sister or a brother to you..well on usm..you find people who are close to you..or just a stranger and say..hey you wanna be in my usm family..and if they say yes then they are your usm family..like a real one..but you don't see them or put up with them allthe time..  |

Well you get to know people through interaction and either they ask you or you ask them to be a part of your family..such as mom, dad, aunt, uncle, bro, sis. etc. Then you put them in your profile and when you see them you say "Hi bro" or "hi Mom" etc. Sometimes you send messages back and forth to see how your doing. etc. Then on Thanksgiving you have them all over at your house. Not really. It's just a way of feeling closer to people...Wanna be in my family? *hugs*  |

Well A USM family to me is a group of people that you want to get to know better..they are special friends in your life...I have a huge and wonderful family..for instance Souldrifter is my USM Sister! And I really feel as though she is my sister...she is someone I cherish and love..like my own family..that is how I feel about all of my family! Its just a group of people who feel connected..Like they belong together...In real life we cant choose who will be our family..but here we CAN choose! Isnt that great? xoxo  |

I have 2 USM daughters and a USM sister whom I just love! We talked via messages in our profiles and we found that we had alot in common and talked more and became friends. Then we asked each other to be family!You bond with people here, thats the kind of place this is. Good people who want to meet other good people! Did you ever come here quite awhile back? Because I talked with a carebear (she also went by bearcare), and then she left.
