Yeap what title said.. someone posted about it and said its all true events. Well I watched it tonight and I don't think its all true. I mean its too fictional. IT can't happen. Otherwise, I liked the movie alot. It is kind of scary and good. So tell me all your opinons :) Much love, ~PL~

Date: 1/27/2002 11:52:00 PM  From Authorid: 38474    OMG I forgot about it being on tonite and I slept through it, tell me what happened, lol. I hope they run it again sometime because I love Stephen King movies........
Date: 1/28/2002 12:25:00 AM  From Authorid: 35825    I saw it...and I thought it was good!! Typical Stephen King movie...but I love his work...so I really liked it. As far as being based on true facts??? I don't think so....after the movie they talked about it on the local news here...in real life, that house is a bed and breakfast that they say is haunted. A lot of paranormal activity goes on there...I'd love to check it out...it's in Washington....but what happens in the movie didn't really happen. They did interview people that work there at the bed and breakfast and they said that the daughter, I believe it was, of the the owner died there...and a lot of people claim that they see here there by the water, and a lot of weird things happen...very interesting!!!
Date: 1/28/2002 12:30:00 AM  From Authorid: 28190    I loved the first part of it.. I cant wait til tomorrow night to see the second part *huggles* Love, Amanda
Date: 1/28/2002 12:36:00 AM  From Authorid: 998    I really liked the movie so far. I don't always like Stephen King movies, but this one is well done. I am also partial, cuz it is filmed in Seattle, and I have been to so many places that they picture in the movie. I especially like when they showed all the beautiful lakes, ocean and mountains that we have here. I guess I am a nature freak ... LOL. I can't wait for part II.
Date: 1/28/2002 12:38:00 AM  From Authorid: 998    Oh, that house is really up here, and said to be haunted. When Stephen King saw a picture of it, he immediately moved the film from LA to Seattle to take advantage of that great house. Some of the actors said that the felt the errie quality of the house too. It is said that ghosts regularly appear to the Bed & Breakfast guests.
Date: 1/28/2002 12:56:00 AM  From Authorid: 28946    I liked the show, can't wait till the next part. But the real house in the movie they used is haunted. Isn't that wild? I still would never want to meet Stephen King in a dark alley. *SHIVERS*
Date: 1/28/2002 2:30:00 AM  From Authorid: 45948    GRRRRRRR i missed it. If someone is taping it, please msg. me and let me know. I would pay for postage if someone could send me a copy. I love Stephen King!!! ~~Angeleyez~~
Date: 1/28/2002 4:00:00 AM  From Authorid: 44321    I am very upset LOL I was watching it last night, and I kept falling asleep grrrrrrrI am going ot have to take a nap some time before it comes on so this does not happen again LOL I have to tape it on thursday since I will not be home.
Date: 1/28/2002 5:13:00 AM  From Authorid: 47618    Yeah, the story for Rose Red wasn't inspired by that house though...it is really inspired by the infamous Winchester Mansion. Although the house used in Rose Red i would LOVE to visit...same as the Winchester Mansion.
Date: 1/28/2002 5:24:00 AM  From Authorid: 18155    Since I don'r read other comments efore I make mine, I may be way out in leftfield but it 'reads' like every other King 'miniseries' for t.v.. To predictable, gradually more horror tonight, as well as bodies starting to vanish or be dismembered or both. The best will bee the last show, when all the evil there comes out of the closet and the remainer people fight to stay alive and manage to get out, or maybe the house decides not to let anyone out at all. It will be fun to sit down with a bowl of popcorn and a Pepsi and see who dies tonight, antway.
Date: 1/28/2002 5:48:00 AM  From Authorid: 42563    I have to agree with 32 degree it has been a really good movie so far though
Date: 1/28/2002 9:12:00 AM  ( From Author ) From Authorid: 40145    Yes I agree with you all I love this movie. Even its not true, but some of the events are probably true. I had to watch the movie with lights on or I would jump around LOL
Date: 10/5/2005 12:56:00 AM  From Authorid: 7574    I like what I saw of it, which wasn't the whole thing.
Date: 10/5/2005 5:52:00 AM  From Authorid: 59876    i've seen it before and i liked it. much better than his movies usually are. too many have been botched ever seen the langoliers? that one was interesting. the winchester house isn't too far from here. we keep meaning to go but haven't done it yet. it would be cool if we could get out there when they are doing their halloween tours.
