Have you ever sat upon the sand
And watch the waves roll in
The shrieks of little children as they fall over and
Try to stand back up again.
Sea shells rolling round and round
As the waves brush over them
The sea birds flying up above
And swooping down again.
But when the sun is directly overhead
And the sandflies start to appear and
The blue bottles come drifting in
That's when we start to fear "oh no"
And head off home to think about
When we'll come back again.
