I really dont think that will happen i seem the similarity's but honestly i cant see that. And the reason they went to the dictatorship was cause basically the moral was way down as there economy also and they were looking for someone to bring such as a charismatic person full of lie's like saying they were they superior race and that person was hitler. ...let's just face the facts... the government wants to stick a camera up your but to see where you've gone, and more cameras in every possible location available in order to see where you're going. Wow, Enki...I have never thought of that!!! I knew some of these historical facts, but There is a HUGE point to be made here... Maybe the American people are giving wayyyyyyyyyyy to much to GWB Jr.... This can get scary... The thing that really bugs me about this is that there is prescious little us average American Citizens can even THINK about doing for the next 3 years  I hope every single American will read this and SEE what could be happening to us slowly. I know that I have changed my mind a lot here than the views I had right after the 9-11 incident, back then I was backing Bush, even though I didnt vote for him... I TRIED backing him, but every day there is something new coming to light showing that Bush has some severe control-freak problems and we just may be his victims... Scary thought... No we cant not be compared to 1925-30 germanys econamy/moral. They just got out of a world war which they lost sssseverly and there country had been bombed there family members killed there goverment in ruins they just simply needed someone to fill there hope . No one is "mixing" anyone up here... but your thinking that it cant happen to us is unrealistic too... the same thing is happening in Washington now as we speak... a LOT of our freedoms are being taken away and we are just sitting back allowing it to happen. I dont know why Americans think we are immune to someone wanting extreme power? It is a proven fact that the Bush family has ties to Heussian (SP?) Bin Laden and Hitler too!!!! Our ILLUSTRIOUS Prez's ancestors have direct financial and friendships with these people, so it isnt like they DONT know how to do it, .... We, as a nation, better wake up to the fact that it CAN and is in the process of BEING DONE... |

It is now possible for a cop to stop you on the street and accuse you of maligning the government, and they dont even have to have much proof, if any... our rights are being signed away in some of these papers that Bush signs on a daily basis... ... I do not think it will happen here for one reason. It is extremely hard to run roughshod over a people who are well armed. Yes, Hitler and the Reich did confiscate guns, but there is no caomparison between the guns owned by the Germans in 1933, and the guns owned by Americans in 2002. No populace as well armed as the people of he United States has ever had to face the tyranny of a government that turned on it's people. The powers that be know that if they attempted it, that they would have the Second Civil War on their hands. There have been many times when history has mirrored previous events, only to be turned at the last moment by one or more other events. While others outside the United States may criticize us for being so heavily armed, we can rest comfortably knowing if the need ever arises, we have the capability to defend our freedoms. ...<Warrior Spirit>  |

Warrior Spirit, I agree with what you are saying here, and it is very true, we Americans WOULD make a stand on some of these issues if and when we are pushed too far, BUTTTTTTTT, remember that the Government has the power to starve each one of us out... guns or no guns.. People will buckle under extreme circumstances, and I pray to God that none of this happens, but what I am saying and what I think Enki is saying... lets NOT turn away from the facts... yep thats why we need to start spelling america like this, AMERIKA. But do people here in the usa believe this? NO they dont, oh they think peace and safety. I WAS just reading freegirls post about our men having to do military duty, sounds like the draft is fixing to be re-instated.
