When I'm around you --IcyFire

I don't know what you saw in me,
how could I be the one you chose?
But you asked me out anyway,
with a poem and a rose.

I thought you were so sweet,
so I instantly said yes.
Any guy who'd do that for me,
is some one I dearly bless.

We ended up going on a few dates,
and before I knew it I fell for you.
We've been together for a little while now,
and I know that these feelings are true.

I didn't think you'd love me as well,
I didn't think that you were the one.
But things turn out in the strangest ways,
and things have only just begun.

I sit here writing this poem for you,
expressing my true feelings from the heart.
I've grown so much to love you in so little time,
and I hope that we never part.

I love how I feel when I'm with you,
as we look at the sky so bright.
As you take me to the most wonderful places,
and how I can have so much fun just stargazing at night.

We could do the simplist things,
but with you everything seem so great.
I love this feeling of having you,
we have nothing but the future and I just can't wait.
