I have been getting very dry skin on my hands from work. And a friend of mine gave me a bottle of lotion she saud works very well. I tried it, it worked wonders for my hands, so I tried it on my face(having the same dry skin on the noce from blowing as you also). and it works very well. after the first application you can see how well it works. Lubriderm is the lotion. I have heard its expensive, but I tell ya its well worth the money! |

Gross! Yellow phlegm is serious. More serious than "dandruff of the nostrils." Yeah, lotion will help the dry skin. I have this problem all the time so I use (even more gross) jock itch cream!!! I don't know why, but nothing else but that works for me. Anyway, if you don't get better real, and I mean REAL, soon - get to the doctor, you have, what I think, a secondary infection and need antibiotics. |

hehe..well, first you have to get all that flakey skin off ..so you need to scrub it with one of those pads or with mits like you use for the bath...that will take off all the flakes AND a layer of skin (this is good 8-) then you need to - either not use soap for about 4 days on your face, and when you get out of the bath or shower, let the water dry on your face.. - or you can use lotions to try to rehydrate, but this usually makes me over oily and i have blackheads after that..so, i suggest, letting your face dry naturally in the morning after you've scrubbed off the first layer ) - - can you tell this happens to me sometimes? hehe |

Heres a trick I learned. After your shower or bath before you dry off, put on baby oil then towel dry yourself. I'm in my 30's so it even works on my face. Also use puffs with aloe. |

vaseline, it's also good to put on your cheeks when it's really cold outside, so they don't get dry. Just don't go over board, just a little bit. We don't want to look all shiny! |

Try some moisturizing face treatments. Vaseline is very good at night and "corn huskers" lotion is great for day time, goes under the make-up really well. |
