tell the lanlord, there are laws regarding health issues as far as that is concerned.our landlord had to do it because he would have been in trouble with the health dept |

ewwwwwwwwww...... well, heres my advice, ask them again, give them two hours, and if they dont do it, call the police, it is littering, and you can get fined for it, tell your landlord, and maybe even call the city, there are regulations against this, I use to spend thousands a year to control roaches, rats, mice, cats, because my neibhor was so filthy, well I called the city, and they gave her 48 hours to clean her house, yard, and call an exterminator! Good luck! |

OK after you have tried the normal routes ie; asking nicely to curb bad behavior, reporting activity to land lord and police etc, and if it still does not change things, try going to a local "New Age" shop and get some black salt and (inconspicously (spelling?))pour it around their driveway. This is good for ridding yourself of nasty neighbors, but let me caution you about it's use: My dear friend trieed this technique while living in a cul de sac, and all her neighbors were very unpleasant, so she walked all around the cul de sac, sprinkling her black salt. Within a month, she no longer had to deal with the little nasties, as SHE is the one who ended moving...so use the salt with care, and definatly try other avenues first, using that salt if ALL ELSE fails. Hope it helps!!

Definitely tell the landlord without your neighbors knowing that it was you! You wouldn't want to cause a ruckus! That is really nasty though. If they get complaints about them enough maybe you won't have to worry about them anymore. Good Luck! - Sweet September |
