ok this is not very effective but if you could somehow tie one end of the shirt to a car and the other end around your neck and make someone drive the car so far and fast while you nail yourself to the ground, dont move though, or there's 50% chance the procedure might fail ![]() -AHD ![]() |

When it's wet, stretch it, or what my roommate and I do is one of us will grab a good chunk of the hem of the shirt and pull, while the other leans back. It's really hard work...lol! ![]() |

Another good idea is to put the shirt on without sticking your arms in the sleeves and put your hands against the insides of the shirt and push out...do this all the way around the inside...Should stretch it out pretty well....Good Luck! **EnglishPoet** ![]() |

Ok what you need to do is wash it in cold water and then stretch it out by hand...or put it around the back of a chair...put the shirt actually on the back of the chair or something that is big enough to stretch the shirt out if you don't want to do it by hand...but make sure you wash it in cold water this will help. ![]() Good Luck! |
