I have a question for anyone that may know. A friend of mine is on a program that helps her pay for childcare. I am the one who cares for the children. Well in nov. I received a paper saying I would be receiving more pay for each child. Well, when I received my check the pay did not go up. Well they say they are not going to pay me the $300 they owe me because it was not in there computer, yet they raised what she was going to pay which was also on the paper they sent me in nov. So how can they raise her pay but not pay me what they said they were going to pay me? I have tried to get help but no one will help me. One person I talked too said they did the same to her but they had to pay her because she was sent a paper as well.
