try going to different churches and see what feels "right" to you, that's what I did, I've been Presbyterian, Baptist, Covenant and Methodist! I go not because of the denominational rules, but to the church that offers me more spiritual support and "feeds" my spirit better... |

http://www.holyspirit-highland.com <try that link to get you started on looking into Catholicism... there's alink on there called "Ask Father Leo"... he's a very kind-hearted and liberal (meaning open-minded) priest who will go out of his way to help you find the answers that you are seeking. I've been told that he could convert the Devil himself |

Yeah, like the others said, try different ones.. I bet I went to 30 different churches before I found one that I could FEEL the feeling... For me, it is basically Baptist, but I dont feel like I HAVE to be part of organized religion to have a close relationship with God... I have that Good Luck and hugggggggssssss to ya |

I also have to agree with all these comments that say try out different churches... Holy Spirit (the place I mentioned above) is the only one I have ever had that feeling that Gail mentions. I feel at home there... no matter how long I've been away. |

hummm thats a really hard thing Karra but i can tell you that im a Lutheran i am also the head of the Youth i have done many things for my church and have been asked many questions but none like this.. I have brought 2 of my friends into the Lutheran church and they said they have loved it more than any other church they have been to. I guess what would be the best thing for you to do is try to go to as many churches as you can and find the right one for you. If you have any other questions about Lutherans just e-mail me ok.. [email protected] would be happy to answer any other questions you might have good luck |

here is a suggestion! start studying your bible very closely and pray that God will lead you to the right one . By studying the bible, you will find which religions go by it, and which do not. that should help! also i can't say anything could be more truthful than an answer from God. Like others have said, look around and find which one you really feel the spirit at. |

Just go to a Christian church. There are a few of them. They believe in the Lord Jesus Christ as the Savior and he died on the cross and arose again the third day. A Christian is a christain, a catholic is catholic christian who believes and worships Mary, Baptist believe you have to speak in tongues to be in God's presence. Just be and go to a Christian Church where God believes in you. Angletear |

I'd try going to different churches and talking to ministers, pastor's, priests about different religions and what that religion believes in. That may help you get an idea of what your looking for in a church. |
