You have the serial cable tight, and plugged into your computer right? Because I had the same problem with one of my hard-drives. Turns out I have to buy a new serial port.. my hubby says it should cost me about $10.00. Good Luck!
Ps..he says it might be you don't have it plugged all the way into the camera - so make sure you double check |

I tried restarting it while it was plugged in, still nothing. I tried turnin the comp off and plugging it in, but still nothing worked |

Wish I could help you. Kind of glad I bought one that uses a 3.5 floppy....It seems to me that you have done everything right so far...good luck on getting it working |
