Anyone know any potion or brew recipes?

Ok, I need to ask all of you wiccans out there, I need to know if you know if you know any potion or brew recipes and I also need to know, what you put them in? I'm not stupid or anything, but I was wondering, because there are many books I have read, websites I have been to and none have told me what to put potions in. I think I read once that you must pour the remaining brew that you have made back into the earth.
