Now is the season to give and cherish. Yet- (hehehe) not our presents but one another. The greatest man and my Lord and Savior to have ever lived, Jesus Christ taught us this lesson. He gave us the gift of understanding, love, and protection. When all things on earth fail, the best thing to know is that there is someone up above, watching our every move and loving each of us as we grow faithfully. Christmas may be a beautiful season and tradition to give and receive, to spend time with family and bring us all together, but it ever goes deeper then that!
The gift to understand, that we are not all the same but different yet equal individuals. We all have a special talent within, and love all around. God created us all, with a reflection of Himself, whether that be a voice or a face, we've all got our Fathers look ;)! Remember, its what counts on the inside, that makes understanding an action.
The gift of protection He so granted to us, so that we may be able to live and serve Him honestly and faithfully. Never will the deepest of evil be able to grab hold of you, because you are protected with love and light. Jesus, knew how important it was to protect those who He loved, including me and you.
And last but not least the gift of love, that has been granted. This is beyond the most powerful force created, and nothing can take God's love away, not all the evils in the world. "Love one another as I have loved you"
