Hiya SpitFire. I take the steak and make about 10 or so diagonal cuts all through the meat. Pour a little seasoning in a cup, then stuff the seasoning into the cuts. Sprinkle some on the outside of the steak, put it in a bowl with a tight fitting lid or a zip-lock baggy and refrigerate for a couple of days. Then cook it anyway that you like. Seasoning it this way, really makes it taste yummy, I think. Good luck. Write on.... |

Hi SpitFire. I usually put the steak in one of those Brown n Bag's, with a teaspoon of flour and a couple of pats of butter( or margerine )Then cook it till it looks good. The bag keeps it moist and the flour and butter will make a little bit of gravy. As far as seasoning, I use salt, red and black pepper and garlic. You may even throw a couple of slices of onion and green pepper in with the steak, if you like. Can't hardly miss...lol..Tke care of you.... |

I like to use Teriyaki. Let it marinade overnight. Then either fry or grill. If you fry, use some of the leftover sauce to cook it in. Let it burn just a little after evaporation and it makes a great glaze. I use Lawry's...pianoman |

Marinating is the key to a god tender and tasteful steak! My husband cooks the best, he always grills them. We marinade them for at least 24 hours with "DALES", a liquid seasoning and marinade, sold at most grocers. When we get them out to cook them we mix a little DALES with a dry seasoning, called montreal steak seasoning by Mc Cormick, we baste that on and yummy, its so good! BUSYBEE |
