HOW TO MEDITATE..........
step one : find a tidy and quiet setting where you feel safe. sit with a straight back and crossed legs on a small cusion or against a wall , whatever one is most comfortable. play soft music to try and help u relax
step two : relax your body , take long deep and slow breaths , lengthen and deepen your breaths and picture yourself in a beautiful , natural setting.
step three : feel the flow of breathing in your body , concentrate on it.
step four : breathe even deeper and become aware of your surroundings , now rub your palms together and conver your face. open your eyes b4 gradually moving ur palms How it changed my life:.
