This building has served as a theater, restaurant, tavern, and most recently, a clothing store. Over the years, five suicides have taken place there. So many weird things happened there, especially in the late 1960s, that the people who lived in the building started meeting in the basement to try to contact the resident spirits. Dozens of strange shadows seemed to roam the old structure, and the ghosts gathered regularly on the third floor to throw noisy parties.
